1. A psalm of David. The earth is Adonai’s and all that fills it— the world, and those dwelling on it.
2. For He founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the rivers.
3. Who may go up on the mountain of Adonai? `Who may stand in His holy place?
4. One with clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted his soul in vain, nor sworn deceitfully.
5. He will receive a blessing from Adonai, righteousness from God his salvation.

7. Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, you everlasting doors: that the King of glory may come in.
